I Beam wall/roofs and floor cassettes
Engineered I beam panels can be used up to 7 storeys, ideal for residential flats. I Beam floor cassettes.

Timber Engineering
Glulam structures, Kerto beam design, Progressive collapse designs, Structural floors and roofs.

Warmcel Insulation
Market leading insulation system giving exceptional U-Values and Thermal performance. Made from 100% recycled newspaper, it possesses very low embodied energy thus reducing our carbon footprint. OFP Thermal are BBA Accredited Installers of the Warmcel range of products.
