Floelen Construction can provide you with the personal service you require when you decide to take that step and build. We provide a range of services that include extensions, attic conversions, patios and renovations and many more. We also offer carpentry services supplying and fitting wooden floors of all types, supplying and fitting doors and other first and second fix jobs.

Plumbing
We provide for all aspects from small repair to full installation - bathroom, attics, boilers, central heating. Full assessment, quote, supplies & service provided.
Tiling
Floelen Construction provide a professional and efficient service with the best advice in renovating existing bathrooms, or even installing a completely new bathroom to your hallway or under stairwell, adding potential value to your property. We also supply and fit ceramic tiles for commercial properties, such as restaurants and hotels as well as domestic dwellings.
Plastering
Floelen Construction has the experience and ability to handle most phases of the plastering industry. From something as small as a crack repair, to Stucco applications on a custom-built home, to an EIFS installation on a shopping mall, to interior plaster veneer, to the fading skill of ornamental plastering. We have the skill and experience to cover all of these fields and more.
Drywall
A type of construction in which the interior wall is applied in a dry condition without the use of mortar. It contrasts with the use of plaster, which dries after application. The materials used in drywall construction are gypsum board, plywood, fibre-and-pulp boards, and asbestos-cement boards. The large, rigid sheets are fastened directly to the frame of the building.
Electricity
We specialize in all domestic electrical procedures including new and existing home re-wiring, fuse boxes, electric showers, indoor and outdoor lighting and sockets. Whether you have a major upgrade, renovation or a smaller project, Floelen Construction is dedicated to providing the highest quality of electrical services to the Domestic, Commercial or Industrial market. Carpentry
- Supply and fix or fix only of all carpentry and joinery items.
- Complete fit out of offices, hotels, commercial buildings & residential units.
- Refurbishment, restoration and replication of fixed joinery.
- Production of detailed programmes and schedules.
- Coordination and supervision of all related works on site.
- Safety statements applicable to each project are supplied on contract award.
- Compliance with all safety rules and regulations are mandatory for all employees.
- Copies of insurance certificates are also forwarded at this stage.
- Provision of fully priced Bills of Quantities either in their standard format or in spreadsheet form, fully referenced and formulated so they can be sent via e-mail or by post.
