Avenue Construction Co. was formed in 1986, with work experiences from the USA and across Europe. We remain a small company but offer top class work at very competitive prices. Based in Killkenny City we generally cover a 120 Kilometre radius of the city.

We have worked on many major projects both in Ireland and abroad, two of our more prestigious jobs being the Russian Embassy in London and the British National History Museum London. However, these days we are happier with the smaller jobs, the jobs people don't want and even the ones contractors run away from. Our stamp is quality, we guarantee our work to be correct first time, if the client can find any reason for concern we will rectify it immediately at our cost and without any argument.

Our references are available for all to see, our work is guaranteed to both Gypsum and ISO 9000 standards and is regulated by the Guild of Master Craftsmen.

The Services we offer are:
  1. Plasterboard fix to both metal and timber frame to include: Standard Wallboard, Duplex, Plank, Fireline, Moisture Resistant, Duraline, Soundblock, Profile, Thermal, Glasrock and new to Ireland Durock Cement Board.

  2. Metal Frame Partitions and Walls to include: All standard metal stud, I/H stud, jumbo stud, shaftwall, curved wall, gyplyner Acoustic, load bearing etc..

  3. Timber Frame Partitions and Walls.

  4. Suspended Metal Frame plasterboard ceilings / Gypliner plaster board ceilings.

  5. Insulation / vapour barrier: All types of insulation fitted to ceilings, walls and partitions.

  6. Decorative bulkheads, fire protection beams, column's etc.
