We are Europe’s only producer of 96% Open cell Breathable Soft Foam Insulation. All our products are water blown, castor based, and produced from polyols from recycled plastics. Below are the 3 distinct products we offer. All our products are installed by trained and experienced fitters. All of our products are life time products, They will not break down, sag, rot or release any harmful gases or dust.
Biofoam 800
- 96% open cell Breathable soft foam insulation.
- Draught seals and insulates in one application.
- Through the use of Biofoam 800 + Biofoam 2700 we can capsulate and insulate stone, slate, tile and concrete surfaces.
Biofoam 1600 / 2700
- Biofoam 1600 is a 1.0lb/ft3-16kg/m3 density, semi-rigid closed cell insulation.
- It is typically used to insulate steel sheds, warehouses and garages.
- It prevents condensation, water penetration and insulates.
- Biofoam 2700 is a 1.7lb/ft3-27kg/m3 density, rigid closed cell insulation.
- It is typically used to capsulate and insulate steel sheds, warehouses and garages which are in poor condition.
- It prevents condensation, water penetration and insulates.
