At Irish Eco Homes we take your architects drawing and we supply the following.
We supply and install:
- A soleplate fitted to your foundation. This allows us to check the dimensional accuracy of the foundation.
- External wall panels with 140 /200mm stud framework, 9mm OSB3/PLY/Panelvent sheeting and breather membrane factory fitted
- Internal wall panels with 90mm stud framework with studs at 400mm centres.
- Mid floors in loose joists or panels.
- Roof structure, including trusses, purlins, structural bracing and fascia backing board.
- Gable ladders to carry your roof over the external leaf of the house.
- Felt and battens are a standard supply only item. We also offer a supply and fitting service.
