Our Construction operations include every facet of the building environment, including once off and estate types of residential properties, retrofitting existing houses, including providing Building Energy Certificates as approved by Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland. The key tool for minimizing and managing waste on a project is the Site Waste Management Plan, e.g. REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE, which we at Dolmen produce for every project along with our Health and Safety Statement specific to that project in accordance with our Company’s H & S Policy.

We provide free quotations and completed tenders for all types of projects, and will also provide construction bonds where required.
