EPA Begins Phase 2 Of Kerdiffstown Site Investigation Works |
|
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has began working on Phase 2 of Kerdiffstown site investigation works.
Three rigs are drilling a series of boreholes on and adjacent to the landfill site. The boreholes will help the EPA to gather more data on the site and, combined with the recent geophysical survey, samples from these new boreholes will increase our knowledge of the site and inform the design of the site remediation.

The drilling is scheduled to last for four to six weeks.
