Legal Action Imminent For Non-Payers Of Household Charge |
|
The Local Government Management Agency has announced that it will take legal action within a number of months against homeowners who have failed to pay the Household Charge.
Campaigners against the charge say they will provide legal advice and support for anyone taken to court for non-payment.

"Letter number two will be going out now to landlords. Certainly we would expect that after three letters, some action is going to need to be taken," LGMA Chief Executive Paul McSweeney told RTÉ's Morning Ireland.
